As far as I know, the number of days during which exercises for the abdominal muscles are performed do not have a significant impact on their appearance. Only the correct technique, pace and number of repetitions can have an impact on their shaping. In addition, due to the individual genetic conditions in the structure of the muscle, as well as their properties and degree of training, the time needed to obtain a satisfactory appearance in one person may be limited to forty days, and in another, for example, sixty. So it seems to me that there is no "perfect recipe" for the number of days needed to get the look you want, and nothing can replace smart and systematic training.
