I am 163 cm tall and 56 kg weight. I believe that this weight is not bad, but like every person, I also see some "disadvantages" - I have a bit of a "relentless" fat on my stomach and I would like to get rid of it. Currently, I do sit-ups 20 times every morning and evening. I just started and I'm going to continue it, and with time increase the number of "crunches" (gradually). Is it enough to get rid of the "fat layer"? What else would I need to do to get the (quick) desired effect?

Marto, in order to get rid of the excess residual fat, apart from "crunches" you should also do aerobic training, i.e. one that will burn fat contained in cells. This can be aerobics, cycling, treadmill training, swimming, dancing, etc. Try to exercise at least 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week. When exercising crunches, you should do enough repetitions to feel that your belly is actually working. So do the exercises in series of at least 20-30 repetitions, resting for about 1 minute between them. Start with 1-2 series and gradually increase their number.
