Regular exercise at the gym or fitness classes is not enough to achieve the desired results. Almost as important as exercise is what we eat.

What to eat while playing sports?

1. Before physical activity, it is worth eating an easily digestible meal, e.g. freshly squeezed juice, which will absorb quickly and will not make you feel full, or put on light salads, nuts and yoghurts.

The pre-workout meal should consist mainly of complex carbohydrates, which will gradually release the energy necessary for exercise.

Important! After eating, wait 1.5-2 hours. - starting training too quickly may result in a rapid increase in the level of insulin in the blood and a sudden loss of strength.

2. For post-workout hunger, choose cooked or grilled foods. Avoid deep-fried foods.

Also remember to eat the first meal after training not earlier than 30 minutes. from the end of the exercises.
