Ice rinks, iceberg and curling track, this year we can expect 100% WINTER in Warsaw on November 30th. On this day, the 7th edition of the Winter National, which is the largest winter event in Poland, starts.
Winter National is a must-see on the winter map of Warsaw. It has devoted admirers not only among Warsaw residents, but also a place eagerly chosen by tourists. During last year's edition of the National Winter Festival, over 550 thousand people visited people. Also this season, guests can expect 100% WINTER! This month, regardless of the weather!
Time with family
Winter attractions on the PGE Narodowy board, such as ice rinks, icebergs or curling, encourage people to spend time actively, but the Winter National Stadium is something more. It is a unique event lasting several months that connects people with different interests and ages, during which you can not only take care of your he alth and immunity by practicing winter sports, but most of all have a pleasant time with your family and friends.
Parents and grandparents visit the Winter National Park with their children who, during the weekend "Mornings for children", on a specially designated part of the ice rink, learn and improve ice skating under the supervision of instructors. Adults at this time can relax in the cafe.
Under the watchful eye of the instructors
Ice skating enthusiasts of all ages can use the ice rinks, fans of strong sensations - the 12-meter high iceberg. For those who love sports competition, curling tracks await, on which both experienced players and beginners can try their hand under the supervision of professional instructors from the Polish Federation of Curling Clubs.
Winter Narodowy is also a place for fans of roller skating, skateboards and longboards, for whom the largest indoor Skatepark in Warsaw will open at the PGE Narodowy parking lot (level -4).
DJ skates
Those who like musical parties and want to spend the evening in an unusual way, every weekend, the National Winter invites to the "Disco Ice Rink", which is a combination of a club party with DJs and skating. And this is just one of the events that take place during the winter months at the National Winter Festival and the 7th edition will be no exception.
In the previous oneDuring the edition, during the active use of attractions, visitors burned a total of 48,028,320 calories, or 106,729 donuts. You will be able to burn more calories during the 7th edition of the National Winter Festival from November 30, 2022 to March 8, 2022.
