What is TBC? These are two-in-one classes - they combine aerobic exercises (accelerating your breathing and pulse) with strengthening exercises. They are performed to rhythmic music. The abbreviationTBCstands for "total body conditioning", that is, modeling the whole body. These classes are very popular among both beginners and avid athletes.

TBC trainingstarts warming up. It lasts 10 minutes and consists of simple steps that anyone can repeat. It is followed by the strengthening part, i.e. exercises for the arms, legs, buttocks and abdomen. Various equipment is used for training: dumbbells, tubings (rubber with a handle), loads on the legs (the so-called "bunnies"), step or more and more popular balls.

TBC - who is it for?

These are classes for everyone, especially those who avoid fitness rooms, fearing that they will not be able to cope with their condition. A rookie can start training without weights, and when he strengthens his form, reach for dumbbells or increase their weight.

There is no division into advanced or beginner classes, so you can join the group at any time. There are no age restrictions. However, if there is something wrong with you, ask the instructor for a less strenuous fitness kit.

Those with back problems can perform all exercises, e.g. while sitting on a rehabilitation ball.

Thanks to the exercises, the skin is better supplied with blood and taut, therefore the exercises help fight stretch marks and cellulite. TBC is optimal for women who want to recover after giving birth.

TBC - exercise effects

The two components of TBC have two outcomes: strengthening your muscles and overall fitness, and losing body fat and improving your aerobic fitness. You will become stronger and more agile, and after a dozen or so trainings, in order to get tired properly, you will have to apply a greater load.

It is worth trying other forms of fitness then, more socomplicated choreographically. TBC classes cause stretching of the muscles, as a result of slimming the entire figure. But the key to success is cyclicality.
