Dietary omelette with cinnamon and cardamom

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran and 1 tablespoon oatmeal,
  • 1 egg,
  • milk - 100 ml,
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt,
  • spices: a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom.

Combine bran with egg, milk and yoghurt. Add spices and fry in a pan greased with olive oil.

Idea for breakfast according to the 3D chili 2 diet:

Nutritious scrambled eggs with tomatoes, seasoned with chives, basil and oregano

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes,
  • 3 eggs,
  • half a bunch of chives,
  • a handful of chopped basil and oregano,
  • tablespoon of olive oil (for frying),
  • pinch of s alt and pepper.

Scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into half slices. Then put them in a hot pan. Wait until they become soft and the juice partially evaporates. Add the eggs and a pinch of s alt and pepper. Fry until the proteins are solid. Due to the presence of intense essential oils, basil and oregano are added at the end of frying or immediately after placing the scrambled eggs on the plate. In this way, we will avoid taste and smell surprises. We can chop the herbs or tear them with our fingers. Add the finely chopped chives to the whole and mix it.

Idea for breakfast according to the 3D chili diet 3:

Light cottage cheese seasoned with 3 teaspoons of sweet paprika, a slice of whole grain bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of 2% fresh milk (not UHT),
  • glass of yogurt,
  • 3 teaspoons of sweet pepper,
  • a slice of whole grain bread.

Keep the milk in a warm place until it turns sour (about 2 days). Pour the sour milk into a pot and add the yoghurt and 3teaspoons of sweet pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours. The next day, simmer the pot 3 times. It can not be allowed to boil, because then the curd will be lumpy. Drain the cottage cheese in a colander. You can put a basil leaf on a slice of bread smeared with cottage cheese.
