- 3 small tomatoes,
- half a red pepper.
- 1 egg,
- 20 g ham,
- 2 large tablespoons of corn.
Dice the tomatoes, pepper and egg into a bowl. Add the corn and 20 grams of ham cut into thin strips. Season with a pinch of chili and mix thoroughly. To enhance your slimming effect, you can drink a glass of red tea after dinner.
