They are the most sensitizing to deciduous trees, grasses (including cereals) and weeds. Early flowering trees, which develop their inflorescences before the winter period, start to dust the earliest. These include, among others: hazel, birch, and alder. A little later, late flowering trees, such as elm, plane tree, pine, oak and linden, begin their vegetation and pollen production. In Poland, in addition to birch, alder is the most allergenic tree. The symptoms of allergy may be more severe in this case, in addition to the "typical" reactions, there are bouts of severe coughing or tightness in the chest. After the pollination of deciduous trees, grasses and grains lurk allergy sufferers, the pollination of which begins in the second half of May.
How to copewith allergies?
At home, it is important that the air is free of dust, i.e. the natural habitat of mites, mold, fungi and animal hair. Air humidity should be maintained at the level of 40-60%, and the optimal temperature is about 20ºC. You should also remember about frequent airing of the rooms. How to maintain clean air at home?

What is Plasmacluster technology?
The basis of the Plasmacluster technology, patented by the Sharp brand, is the simultaneous emission of positive and negative ions in the number of 7,000 or 25,000 per cm3[1] . Positive and negative ions, formed from water molecules, encounter pollutants on their way, surround them and, through their mechanism of action, inhibit their development. Positive and negative ions carry an electric charge and are therefore attracted to allergens and other air pollutants that are either positively or negatively charged. The newly formed harmless particles fall to the ground, thus they do not float in the air we breathe. The particles to which Plasmacluster ions have attached themselves are harmless and too heavy to float in the air. When they fall down, you can remove them with regular cleanings, i.e. by vacuuming and dusting. Purification with Plasmacluster ions is carried out at the biological-chemical level.
