My sugar curve: fasting: glucose 93 mg / dL, after drinking 75g of glucose 105 mg / dL after an hour, 37 mg / dL after two hours. Re-examination - the result was similar. Fasting sugar: 113 and 115. I came to my GP with symptoms: frequent fainting, headache, hair loss, breaking nails, dizziness. I don't take any medications, nor do I have any diet. What should I do?

You should not overeat yourself with sweets, sweet drinks, because this can cause sugar drops and weakness, headaches, and even fainting. Hair loss and nail breakage are not due to sugar (neither high nor low does not affect skin appendages). How's the morphology, iron levels? My advice is to start taking horsetail tablets or H-pathoten. As for sugar, this is just a diet with the restriction of simple sugars.
