In my opinion, the right dessert for a diabetic is, for example, fruit jelly, jelly without added sugar, yeast cake, dark chocolate, but all in small amounts. Supermarkets have ready-made cakes and cookies for diabetics, but I still advise against eating them in large quantities - they also raise sugar levels. Please look for recipes in the letters for patients, e.g. "Diabetyk", or on the Internet.
