I have had all the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome for several months. However, my family doctor prescribed me only one packet of Duspatalin, and told me to take Ortanol for 1.5 months. Ortanol is a cure for stomach ulcers and I have not been diagnosed with them! Are there any good over-the-counter medications for IBS? Because if I go to the doctor, it won't help me anyway, because I've already been twice.

Unfortunately, the best drug is Duspatalin, but you have to take it longer, not 1 op. It is, unfortunately, prescription. I advise you to change your doctor. You can also try Iberogast - it's over-the-counter and apparently good, but I don't have much experience with this preparation.
