I am 4 weeks pregnant and I had a miscarriage 3 months ago. I live in England, and here the first tests were made when I was 11 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately, I have problems with the thyroid gland, in the last 4 years I had 3 times hypothyroidism and 2 times too low progesterone. I did all the tests privately, so when I asked my GP for a hormone test due to my previous experiences and a miscarriage, the doctor told me to talk to the midwife, whom I have an appointment with only in the 10th week of pregnancy. Currently, I am taking progesterone, which I got from a private gynecologist (he recommended taking from the 16th day of the cycle for 10 days, and if I get pregnant, then every day). Here, doctors don't care about pregnancy until week 13, every miscarriage is natural to them, so they don't focus on early research. What tests and in which week of pregnancy should I do?

In Poland, it is recommended to perform the following tests by the 10th week of pregnancy: blood group and RH (if not there), the presence of immune antibodies, blood count, general urine test, pap smear, vaginal cleanliness test, fasting glucose, VDRL, aHIV, aHCV, toxoplasmosis (IgG and IgM) and rubella. Due to your thyroid disease, you should have a TSH test,
