I have had the problem of resuming menstruation after discontinuing birth control pills for a year. The gynecologist referred me to hormonal tests, and after examining the ovulation, he found that I had multi-follicular ovaries without a dominant egg. What exactly does this mean and will I ever get pregnant? We have regular intercourse with my husband and we want to have a baby. Do we have a chance for that? Here are the results of the study: glucose - 89, FSH - 7.23, LH - 22.76, TSH - 2.190, E2 - 82, T - 0.52, Cortisol - 14.9, PRL - 18.36, PRL after administration of Metoclopramide - 165.88. What do these results mean, because I'm going to see my doctor in a month? From usg: vag. pre-flexion uterus, dimensions 27.7 x 44.2 mm Endometrium: 5.9. Appendages: right ovary 45 by 22.4 mm, left ovary 36.1 by 17.7, both with numerous follicles, Doulas' sinus: free. conservative treatment: Metoclopramide. What does it all mean and do we have any chances?

Good morning! Probably your doctor suspects so-called polycystic ovary syndrome, precisely characterized by numerous tiny follicles in the ovaries and infrequent / no ovulation and menstruation.
