I had a procedure (short frenulum) and it's been 4 weeks and the sutures still do not want to dissolve. It worries me a bit. Every day I drip for a long time and I bask, and these seams still do not dissolve a bit. The problem also arises when I pull the foreskin back. I have such a strange feeling that it is harder than after the procedure, is it normal for now or the procedure was badly done? What to do with this? Go to the urologist?

The speed of "dissolution" of sutures depends on its type, thickness and, of course, the body's reaction. This time may vary slightly from person to person. If you do not see any weakening of the seams and it is a cause of concern, I suggest that you contact the urologist performing the procedure. Difficulty pulling back the foreskin may be due to the presence of sutures or a scar that may initially be slightly stiffer than normal skin.
