Good morning. I have had problems urinating for a long time. I did various tests, and one of them found that I have a polyp in my urinary tract. But the doctor said these urination problems were caused by stress. It often happens that when someone is nearby, I cannot deal with myself. But this is not a rule, because sometimes nobody is there and it doesn't work for me either. And the second thing that has been going on for quite a long time: during intercourse, my penis is not in full strength, so to speak. My girlfriend is attractive and we get along great, but when it comes to intercourse, I think there is something wrong - my penis is a bit too soft. Overall, it's also very hard to get me to orgasm. Sometimes I feel as if I am old age because I am not very much sexually aroused. And I'm only 22 years old. Could you please help me?

Problems with urinating can actually be related to disorders in the nervous system. I understand that you have had numerous tests performed before which ruled out the possibility of other organic diseases. It is also possible that these disorders are causing erection problems. It is difficult for me to clearly indicate the direction of diagnosis, but I would suggest visiting a sexologist. Perhaps it is also worth repeating the bacteriological examination (culture) of urine and semen.
