My problem is that when someone looks into my eyes, I get terrible exophthalmos and can't make eye contact. It appears every time and it persists as long as the other person is staring into my eyes. It is an ailment that makes it very difficult to function in society. It affects both me, because then I am also "paralyzed" and often I am not even able to move my eyes, as well as the other person who also experiences exophthalmos at the sight of me and develops negative emotions towards me. I am terrified, and I have several months of this condition. Before, I saw myself as completely normal. I don't take any medications. Sometimes I am supplementing with magnesium, zinc, etc. What could it be? How to deal with it in the end?

It is quite easy for me to imagine a situation in which the Lord, in a certain situation, experiences exophthalmia. The circumstances under which this occurs suggest a psychogenic background. On the other hand, I cannot imagine that your goggle is generated by a goggle of a person who looks at you. If you see it that way, the more I would look for a problem in the psyche. Neurotic and anxiety reactions take various forms - I mean that it is not necessarily some "serious" mental illness. I definitely recommend a quick visit to the regional mental he alth clinic - there it is easiest to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist in a team. The problem does not seem to be difficult to heal.
