My left eye slips slightly towards the top. This is normally invisible. I noticed it only in the pictures. Are there any exercises or treatments that might stop my eye from escaping? My second problem is that the left eye is set a little higher than the right eye. I mean the skin. Are there any ways to keep the eyes on the same height?
An ophthalmologist can advise a fleeing eye that disturbs in two ways: surgically align the eyes (strabismus surgery) or correct the vision defect with a laser. As a result of this procedure, the eyes should return to their correct alignment (accommodative strabismus). I don't know what to do for uneven eyes - everyone has unequal ones - some more others less … This is a very subjective assessment, often not confirmed during an ophthalmological visit.
