Rebellion is a great signal from the body! You're right, it's worth doing something about it. Start by doing blood tests to check for insulin resistance. Also check your cortisol and testosterone levels. Where could you start? I suggest that you exclude all wheat products (even whole grains) from your diet. Instead, I suggest millet or buckwheat. Cycling stays, but let it really be everyday! Water is also a good idea. If you do not want to gain weight anymore, you must (if you eat them) get rid of all sweets and sweet drinks from your diet. If you are drinking alcohol (especially beer), I suggest you stop taking it for the next few months. Choose vegetables, fish, lean meat. If you fancy sweets, choose fruit and nuts. For example, you can make yourself a dessert like this: natural yoghurt with nuts, banana and mandarin. Pride. And remember, imagine your goal every day and learn about he althy eating. Nothing will do itself. I keep my fingers crossed!
