My 12-year-old daughter has a problem. She tells me that, for example, during a conversation or while reading, she forgets words and does not know why this is happening, and when she wants to continue speaking, her head starts to hurt, it has happened to her several times. What could it be? He has always (but rarely) stutters or speaks very quickly.
Due to the headache that occurs when speaking, I would suggest visiting a pediatric neurologist and performing appropriate tests, eg EEG or tomography. There can be many reasons for this, so it is better to consult a specialist. If everything is in order medically, it is worth working with your speech therapist to eliminate the stuttering and improve fluency.
