I have never had problems with pronunciation, even when speaking quickly, I was speaking very clearly. I am 29 years old and I notice more and more often that "I am starting to lisp". At first, it seemed to me that the speech apparatus was lagging behind my thoughts, but I don't think that's it. More and more often I "lose sounds" or "wheeze / flatten syllables" (?). I make sure to say what I want clearly, but I don't always remember it and I also correct myself quite often. Should I go to a speech therapist in such a situation, or the problem may have a completely different background?

You do not write whether something has changed in your life recently, maybe some stress has appeared that may cause problems with speech or, for example, you have corrected your teeth, which also has a direct impact on articulation. If in the past the speech was clear and correct, I would encourage you to visit a speech therapist, he will find out what is the cause of the current state of affairs and select the appropriate exercises. You can get rid of every speech defect, you just need to work on it a little with a specialist.
