I have a problem that I have been facing for a long time and I don't know what to do. I have days when I would prefer to fall underground due to the fact that there are times when I can't get anything out of myself, correctly form sentences. Subconsciously, before I say anything, I know I'll be wrong. These situations happen often at work, I work in an office room where it is stuffy, I feel under-oxygenated, I do not know if these situations occur for this reason. This is not always the case when speaking for a long time, sometimes I can speak fluently and consistently, but sometimes I miss words, twist them or miss a word in a sentence, for this reason I have some depressive thoughts, reduced self-esteem, because I am stuck somewhere in my head what people will say, what they will think of me. What can I do in this situation? Should I come to any therapy?

I think the best way out of the situation will be consultation and probably psychological therapy. The situations you describe have a very negative effect on you, but they are not related to the speech problems themselves, as they occur temporarily and in specific places. It is worthwhile, together with a specialist, to look at these episodes and find their cause. Regular therapy will help to get rid of problems and also reduce the level of stress related to communication.
