What do you think about the surgical intervention in the event of an eruption of the nucleus pulposus and significant protrusion of the vertebrae? I received conflicting opinions from two neurologists. I don't know what decision to make - it's not easy!

- sphincter disorders,
- paresis of both lower limbs.
