My parents have been dead for many years. I have a little daughter, whom I fear for, maybe because I have lost other relatives, matters of our home and existence are on my mind. A few months ago I fell ill with systemic mycosis and found out that one of its causes may be stress, which I do not miss. The treatment is difficult and my nerves are completely overwhelmed. I have giant neurosis. I want so much to be strong and he althy, not to worry, to be able to look after my loved ones and enjoy life as I used to, and I shake like jelly. Besides, I miss my mother a lot, even though she is no longer alive for 20 years. I can't find the lost path.

You really wind up on your own, and it gets harder every day. Someone once said that what we really have to fear most … is our own fear! There is a lot of truth in this one sentence, because it is our fear that causes us to encounter such and no other events that are based on our inner fear. In the energy sphere it is simple - what you send is what you collect. When you are afraid that such an event will happen to you, it will happen to you and it is what makes you face your own fear. Look at your life now, every day you are afraid that "tomorrow" will not have enough money for you, that tomorrow may catch your daughter some infection, that maybe tomorrow you will have an even worse mental depression than today and so on and so on … And what today? When you perform various activities today, cook, clean, play with the baby, and at the same time you are not enjoying what you have at the moment, right now - you are gone! You do not feel this joyful moment in which it is good, it is safe, because your mind is guarding and saying no ?! After all, something bad could happen tomorrow, I can't enjoy this moment! And day after day you are stubbornly looking for a hole in the whole thing, and when you say or think, or even affirm a negative thought, all at once it comes true! And you think to yourself "I'm really unlucky!" It doesn't have to be that way. I showed you the pattern you have been in for some time, but you can change it. Every day try to find at least one good event that you managed to accomplish. Cultivate it mentally, enjoy it. Be vigilant and attentive pay attention to what thoughts come to your head? When the mind starts to spin, trynot to give these thoughts a source of interest in them, and then they will go away. These negative thoughts will be hard to counter at first, but over time, they will weaken and you will feel stronger. You can repeat to yourself: "I am calm, I feel better and better every day"; "I breathe peace, I breathe out tensions"; "There is silence in me." Your ailment will then disappear because it is triggered in your mind and is based on anxiety. You do not agree internally with what is happening to you in life, and because you cannot change it for many reasons, you feel bad about it. Try to look at it all a little differently. Do not be afraid of these obligations, accept them and think that each of them strengthens you mentally. Mom has only passed away physically, but she watches over you from a distance and if you were less worried and more listening to yourself, you would probably hear her advice, you have her support in every problem, so do not be afraid of them. You write: I have lost my life path - look boldly ahead and you will see the same lost path full of good events, joy and all good. So take only one step, then the second one and the next ones will be easier.
