Poland has more SIM cards than residents. It is difficult for us to imagine life without amobile phone . A recent study in Sweden found that auditory nerve cancers are more common in people who have used their cells for more than 10 years.
How to reduce the potential harmful effects of phones on your he alth?
1. We talk briefly, arrange a chat on a landline or in person.
2. If the conversation is prolonged, move the hearing aid from one ear to the other.
3. It is also better to avoid conversations in the crowd (e.g. on a bus), because the radiation from different devices standing close to people overlaps.
4. Do not keep the phone close to your body, i.e. in a pocket or on a "leash".
5. Remember that the phone works with the greatest power when we dial the number or lose range - then it is worth taking it away from the head.
6. It is better not to use the cell when the signal is weak or we are moving quickly (e.g. by car) - the device then "jumps" from one base station to another and the energy it emits is the highest.
