Chamomile will also help you move more gently through the "weaning" stage or drastically reducing sugar in your diet. It has a calming effect, also during PMS, and soothes flatulence. 2. St. John's Wort
St. John's wort is another herb known primarily for its calming properties. It has a soothing effect in sleep disorders, anxiety and depression. 8. Wild strawberry
Wild strawberry leaf extract supports metabolism - improves digestion and has a bactericidal effect. It is also used in the case of painful menstrual pain, inflammation and ailments of the urinary system.

9. Violet tricolor
Violet tricolor, also known colloquially as pansy, is a less known herb, but its properties in the diet of obese people are enormous. Violet extract stimulates the metabolism and increases the feeling of fullness by limiting the appetite. Violet is also used in skin ailments, to strengthen blood vessels, and to alleviate symptoms in rheumatic diseases and eye irritation.

10. Fucus
Fucus helps to regulate the secretion of hormones that determine the feeling of hunger and satiety and support digestion. Thanks to this function, it prevents rapid weight gain and the yo-yo effect. Fucus is a rich source of iodine that regulates the work of the thyroid gland. It supports the treatment of obesity, which is the result of hypothyroidism. Fucus also has mannitol - a substance with mild laxative properties. The herb is also used in the prevention of atherosclerosis and to alleviate the symptoms of arthritis.
