  • Protein: you need to eat about 1.5 g of protein per day for every kilogram of body weight. In practice, this means that a woman weighing 70 kg should eat 40 grams of lean meat daily (e.g. chicken breasts, but without skin), plus about 80 grams of various vegetables (without potatoes) and 50 grams of fruit. After such a diet, you can expect a significant weight loss, greater than the amount of calories eaten.
  • Vitamin B6: the body needs about 2 mg a day, so eat 250 g of salmon or 2 cups of boiled soybeans. A minimum of 3 mg is needed for a vitamin to act as an ignition for fat burning. That is why it is sometimes worth - in addition to eating foods rich in vitamin B6 - to ingest its synthetic equivalent.
  • Iodine: use iodized s alt, and on days when you don't eat sea fish, add a tablespoon of chopped watercress or dried algae to soups and salads.
  • Water: drink at least 3 glasses of water chilled with ice cubes each day. Drink it between meals - when your stomach is empty.
