Cancer treatment is a complicated process. Meanwhile, the cancer can be stopped, as proven by Polish scientists. How can diet and exercise help treat cancer?
Cancercan be stopped. Polish scientists developed the "Hope" program, which was approved by the Polish Oncology Union in Warsaw. After many years of research, it has been proven that combining diet, sleep at certain times, physical movement and control over emotions associated with experiencing the disease brings results. This is evidenced by the results of blood tests of volunteers confirming the reduction in the level of tumor markers.
Cancer treatment by mobilizing the body
It is said thatcancerrests dormant in all of us. It is difficult to disagree with this statement, because every person is a potential carrier of cancer cells, which are mutated, defective elements of the body. Whether or not we get sick depends on defense mechanisms, such as e.g. the immune system, the p53 gene and the thymus. Mobilizing the organism to defend itself is possible, but it is not an easy task, therefore an oncological patient should first of all answer the question whether he wants to recover and whether he is ready to give up harmful habits for his he alth. Cancer is an insidious disease and often comes back after inpatient treatment when we think the disease is over.
- Many people ask me why the diet I recommend is so restrictive and involves giving up nutritional products, without which many people cannot imagine a meal. Unfortunately, most animal products and products rich in gluten poison the body with toxins that facilitate the development of mutant cells - explains Janusz Pić, member of the Polish Dietetic Association, author of the guide "You can win with cancer and allergy". - After surgery, patients in Polish hospitals often hear the magic words: "you can eat anything" and believe that their lives do not have to change. Unfortunately, many of them sooner or later return for another treatment.
Challenge disease and cure cancer
For people who are ready to truly challenge their disease, there is a way to recover. The basic condition is the elimination of inflammations that arise in the body. Regular use of the diet in combination with extracts from mixturesherbal and vegetable juices cleanses the body to such an extent that the improvement in research results is visible after only a few weeks of therapy.
The "Hope" program is aimed at oncological patients and gained approval of the Polish Oncology Union as early as 2003. Since then, over 8,000 people have been trained on its basis. oncological patients after hospital treatment on educational camps at Sanatorium Goczałkowice Zdrój near Pszczyna and Sanatoriums in Ustroń near Cieszyn. A detailed description of the program recommendations can be found in the guide "You can win with cancer and allergy", which was written by a specialist in the field of food technology and microbial nutrition, Janusz Pić, and psychologist and psychotherapist, Barbara Pić.
