In January I started to lose weight intensively, by April I lost 18 kg. I had my last period in February - should I see a doctor or will my period come back? Slimming made my hair and nails very weak, when I get cold my lips and nails turn brown (and I feel cold almost all the time), I have dizziness and suffer from joint pains. I use enemas daily for faster weight loss, there are days when I only eat 100 calories. Recently, however, I have overeated, which is why I did enemas several times a day. I know that I should see a psychologist, but first I want to know what effects this behavior can have on my he alth, and what is evidenced by pale skin and blue lips.
Losing weight should always be carried out in consultation with the doctor and under his supervision. You should contact your GP. A complete blood count may be indicated. An overly restrictive diet can lead to the development of anemia (anemia) and other deficiencies such as iron and vitamin deficiencies with prolonged use. You should also refrain from using enemas. If there are problems with defecation, it is advisable to use a proper diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and foods containing a lot of fiber. You should include groats, wholemeal bread and bran with your diet. Prunes are also helpful. Chronic use of oral laxatives is not recommended.
