Hanna Śleszyńska is perceived as an energetic and optimistic person. - It is only an illusion, but I am glad that people believe it - laughs Hanna Śleszyńska. How does she manage to stay fit and feel good, does she have a prescription for avoiding stress?

- A recipe for youth? Ha! For me to know her … - laughsHanna Śleszyńska- Unfortunately, even if a woman - let's call it elegant - in middle age she does everything to look young, she still grows older. So I would rather focus on the condition. Of course, you have to take care of yourself, but don't panic when you see another wrinkle.

Hanna Śleszyńska: I'm in shape

I'm not the kind of beauty actress, so for me it should be the least of my problems. But most of all, I am a woman and, like everyone else, I would like to look younger. Once, when looking at my photos, I complained: "How bad I left!", And 10 years later I just sigh: "How fantastic I looked!" (laughter). I try to find what gives me pleasure in life. I think that everyone should find a job that will take them away. For me, the plot is now a great discovery - I run away to it in every free moment. I plant different plants for myself, I watch them grow - and I never even thought that one day I would walk with a spatula and dig! Sometimes I laugh that the plot is my spa: you can rest, relax and calm down here.
Work also keeps me in good shape: it is my passion, gives me great satisfaction, lively contact with the audience, their reaction … I most often play comedies, with my monodrama "Primitive Woman" I travel around Poland - and I am glad that I can contribute to the fact that people relax a bit by laughing, because this is the best therapy. I get a lot of positive energy from them, probably even more than I give them. But I am a workaholic, so I have a lot of sins on my conscience: I sleep little, I smoke.

Important

Hanna Śleszyńska

»Actress, stage and cabaret star, known as the Polish Liza Minnelli.

»TV viewers known, among others from the roles in "Far from the stretcher" and "Foster family".

»She is the mother of Mikołaj and Jakub

I do lose weight sometimes, but it only lasts a few days. In the past, I had more movement: I danced, jumped (e.g. in Olga's CabaretLipińska), so it was easier for me to keep a constant weight. At the moment I would like to lose 4-5 kilos … I am motivated by the fear that I will not fit into a costume! (laughter). When “Accompanator” approaches, where I perform in a tight red dress, I'm reducing the portions. And on the plot we make barbecues with friends, bake cakes, there are many temptations for the palate, so it is not easy to abstain. There is one thing we should avoid: stress. But it's easy to say! We all have problems: we argue with children, we part with guys … So let us surround ourselves with friendly people every day. My sons are wonderful, I have great comfort and joy from them. I can also always count on my friends. And that works for a person better than sitting around with wonderful specifics on your face forever. And let's move more! In winter, I go skiing for a week, in summer I swim sometimes, and I manage to work out in the gym in outbursts. However, from the new theater season, I decided to start exercising, eat he althy and sleep more. I believe I can do it!
