Doctor, my husband snores a lot. Recently, I saw an advertisement for a snore terminator on the Internet and I am thinking about investing a few zlotys in its purchase. I just don't know if it works and if it won't be money wasted. Could you please advise me?

I am against treatment without diagnosis. First, your husband needs to be checked to see if he has only snoring or sleep apnea. The causes of snoring can have various causes and this must first be established. I would suggest starting with an ENT consultation, and then carrying out the recommended diagnostics. Snore terminator is not a panacea for snoring, and there are many such methods in the media. Regards
