Doctor, my dad has been snoring "always". Mum sleeps with earplugs, never did anything about it, because every guy snores. Now he was taking an x-ray and the result is "Calcified primary focus in the center" - what does that mean? Could this be the cause of snoring?

This is not the cause of snoring, the calcified primary focus only indicates a history of tuberculosis infection, fibrosis and calcification de facto indicate a local cure of the lesion and has no clinical significance - so do not worry about it. Dad, on the other hand, needs to be diagnosed for snoring and apnea disorders. Not every "guy" snores !!!
