Doctor, I have no problems falling asleep, but after 2-3 hours I wake up (often with such a nervous tremor) and then I cannot sleep anymore. What could it be? Are there any tests or medications to help me get enough sleep? Because I admit that it's getting harder and harder for me to function normally

The symptom is very vague and it is difficult to recommend specific tests without much clinical information. The range of causes is huge and I would suggest a medical consultation first with information, whether it is a one-time awakening, or then you fall asleep and wake up again. What does nervous trembling mean? It is difficult to plan diagnostics covering such large areas of medicine, having so little information in this, I do not even know if the problem concerns a woman or a man, I do not know the age.
