What is the autumn solstice and how to recognize it?

The autumn solsticeis not a disease, but a set of characteristic symptoms of a weakening of the organism associated with changing weather conditions. You can talk about the autumn solstice when these symptoms persist for a short time. However, if you complain of malaise for more than a few weeks, you should look for another reason for this condition.

Autumn solstice - reasons

Changeable weather conditions: cloud cover, continuous rainfall, lower temperature and earlier falling darkness are not the only reasons for the deterioration of well-being. After the summer rich in vegetables and fruits, we reach for caloric, fatty and difficult to digest dishes that make us feel tired and sluggish. We spend less time outdoors than in summer, and our insufficiently oxygenated body can handle sudden changes in the weather worse.

However, the most common factor contributing to the deterioration of he alth is less light than in summer. Its deficit leads to a disease called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). It is a seasonal affective disorder, commonly known asseasonal depression . Most often, it is caused by a shorter day and a reduced amount of sunlight, and the symptoms are irritability, lethargy, lack of motivation and apathy. Affective disease is more common in young people (between 20 and 30 years of age). Women are more at risk of it.
