Dr Cohen's Parisian Diet - recipe for an omelette with ricotta cheese, tomatoes and mint

Omelette with ricotta cheese, tomatoes and mint is a proposition for busy people, because it is very quick to prepare and very nutritious at the same time.

  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tablespoon partially skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • half a tablespoon of chopped mint

Beat the egg and cheese, then add the diced tomatoes, mint and mix thoroughly. Fry everything without adding fat, in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes.

Dr Cohen's Parisian diet - recipe for veal hamburger with paprika

Veal burger is just as nutritious as the traditional beef burger, but at the same time less caloric. In this original recipe, the rolls have been replaced with crunchy peppers.

  • 85 g veal
  • a few cubes of shallots
  • medium-sized red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Grind the meat with the onion and the shallot in a food processor. Shape the meat into a flat cutlet. Then bake it on the grill or fry it without adding fat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into 2 parts and take out the seeds. Then trim the edges so that you get flat slices. Bake them for a while in the oven. Place the fried burger on the toasted slice of pepper, sprinkle with coriander, andthen cover with the second plaster.

Dr Cohen's Parisian diet - recipe for couscous with raisins and cinnamon

In the Bistro phase you can find many "sweet" recipes with higher carbohydrate content, such as dried fruit. Eating a small amount of simple sugars for dinner can prevent night hunger attacks and facilitate sleep.

  • 50 g dry couscous
  • 80 ml skim vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon of raisins
  • pinch of cinnamon

Pour the couscous into a small pot and pour the broth over it. Cook for about 5 minutes. When the groats are soft, add the raisins and cinnamon to it and mix thoroughly.
