Aromatic French vegetable soup is a proposition for a diet dinner. Its preparation does not require much effort.
- 500 ml skimmed vegetable stock
- 2 carrots
- 175 g canned tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- s alt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- bay leaf
Dice the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater and press the garlic through the press. Then cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with pepper and s alt.
