How to exercise?
Training consists of 3 blocks, each with 4 exercises. Do each for 30 seconds, first very quickly, then very slowly. We repeat this round twice. One block lasts 10 minutes and the entire workout takes more than 30 minutes. You can use dumbbells or water bottles to exercise.
