How to exercise?
First, to get used to the effort, do 3 burpees of 15 seconds each (with a 4-second pause between each series). Then skip for a minute. Then repeat each displayed exercise for 15 seconds, rest for 4 seconds, and then repeat the exercise for a total of 4 times.
