This training is a real firecracker!Fit Mom Ania Dziedzic has prepared a set of intense exercises especially for you that engage the lower abdominal muscles and burn fat tissue - in order to increase the metabolism as much as possible, and at the same time help you get rid of stubborn folds.
How to exercise?
Perform each of the exercises shown by Ania at a fast pace for 40 seconds. Take a 20-second active break between exercises - during this time, perform Skip A, which is dynamic lifting of the knees as high as possible in place while boxing with your hands.
Before training, remember to warm up for a few minutes. Also, do not forget to carefully stretch your muscles after exercise - this will reduce the likelihood of muscle soreness and speed up regeneration.
