How to exercise?

Workout3 lasts less than 20 minutes. It consists in performing each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10-second break. We alternate cardio exercises with exercises in the support - Ania has prepared as many as 10 types of plank for this occasion! It will definitely not be boring:)
