Is it a good way to lose weight? Here is the opinion of dietitian Katarzyna Pryzmont on the JuicePlus supplementation and the JuicePlus Shape diet.

Losing weight and staying slim is possible, but only with the right amount of vegetables. Each of us wants to be he althy and slim, but the recommended norms of consuming vegetables and fruits, which are to guarantee our he alth and a slim figure, are impossible for most of us. Who has time to consume about 1 kg of vegetables and fruit every day, mostly vegetables? Prevention must be regular!

Eating vegetables only for lunch, and eating fruit for dessert, occasionally, is a good variety to the diet, but it does not have much importance for he alth prophylaxis. After all, it is not given to us for life.

The diet must not contain products that you do not like. This is further discouraging. The diet should be quick and easy to prepare, accessible to everyone, should not contain any synthetic additives and, most importantly, should have a positive effect on he alth. Personally, I am a huge opponent of synthetic supplementation. If someone wants to take chemicals for he alth, doesn't that seem strange?
