All of China is exercising at seven in the morning - for good reason, isn't it? Let us choose the form we can afford. Someone will be able to exercise more, someone less. Someone will run a few kilometers, someone will just wave their arms. It is important that the body is in motion, because movement is breathing and joy. Those who train something competitive convince them that they feel blissful because the body thanks them by releasing the hormones of happiness. Sport is also an antidote to stress. And when a man has no stress, he does not use any stimulants, because he does not need them for anything. So I encourage you to move as much as possible! I go to the pool whenever I can, and I also cycle a lot. But my greatest passion is tennis. And it's terribleI'm glad that I infected a few people with it. Because this sport is not only about playing !!! For many years I have been going with my friends - actors, musicians, cabaret players - to various tennis tournaments. And we have so much fun with it! We are already addicted to these meetings! After all, we could play on a court near our house, but such a trip to Poland is fun and an adventure for us. During the day we meet on the court, play and compete, and in the evening we sit in the hotel restaurant - and there are conversations and dances, because each of us comes with his wife or partner. So I owe tennis not only good form, but also new acquaintances. I used to be in a limp social life - unbelievable though it sounds because I've been working with people all the time and sometimes going to banquets - and now it's booming! That is why I urge readers to try their hand at the court. Tennis may seem boring to a layman, but it is not! Besides, it is a very elegant sport - and it is not only about clothing, but also rules and good manners that apply both on and off the court.
