How it is that exercise and exercise are recommended for both people with hypertension and those who have very low blood pressure (to raise it). If gymnastics or cycling raises blood pressure, isn't that dangerous for some?
Exercise is recommended for people with hypertension because systematic, moderate exercise helps to lower blood pressure. This is because the blood vessels in the muscles widen - it is an emergency and direct blood pressure lowering mechanism. The second mechanism is related to the burning of calories and weight loss, which is abnormal for many patients. When the effort is very high, other regulatory mechanisms are activated and the so-called hypertensive reaction, i.e. pressure increase during physical exertion. For this reason, we recommend that patients exercise moderately, causing a feeling of pleasant fatigue. However, submaximal or maximal efforts are not indicated. Constant low blood pressure in a he althy person is not a disease and does not require any additional activities to "improve" the he alth condition. In this case, I would also recommend avoiding maximum efforts due to the risk of a hypotonic reaction, i.e. excessive pressure reduction. So, in both states, traffic is yes, but with common sense.
