What exactly are nutrients for cancer patients? How to apply them?

Good evening, there are currently many preparations on the market that are helpful for cancer patients. The most popular are nutritrinks, i.e. drinks rich in protein and energy, enriched with vitamins and minerals. Some nutritrines can fully replace meals, others are only supplements. The preparation intended for cancer patients is, for example, Nutridrink Protein, but it is the doctor who should decide which preparation will be the best in a given case. Importantly, nutridrinks should be drunk very slowly - for a minimum of 30 minutes. and it is often even advisable to drain them all day long. They can also be added to soups, shakes or cereals. It is also possible to add a pure protein preparation in the form of a powder or fat emulsion to meals. In the first case, the goal is to supplement the increased demand for protein, and in the second - to increase the energy of the menu. However, please remember that the choice of the preparation is made by a doctor who knows the patient's current he alth condition, as well as his digestive capabilities. Regards
