The more often we lose weight, the harder it is to lose weight. First of all, consider why you gained weight. Was it due to irregular meals or a poorly varied diet or eating in the evening, eating large portions and / or sweets? If you find your cause of excess weight, it is worth changing it. I suggest you do everything in small steps and give yourself a little more time to lose weight. It is best to lose between 0.5 and 1 kg in weight for a week. If you want to lose 5 kg, you need to start. approx. 5 to 10 weeks. I suggest setting yourself regular meals to be eaten every 3 hours, the last one 3 hours before bedtime. They should be small in volume and lean, skimmed. Eliminate the need for fried, pan-fried and sweets. Instead, eat vegetables, fruit, lean dairy products, poultry, and whole grain cereal products such as buckwheat and wholemeal bread. You write that physical exercise did not work. Do not give up. Effects will be achieved if you exercise at least 5 times a week for 40 minutes. I suggest intensive walks, swimming pool, aerobics.
