Dukan's diet will not take away the pleasures of the Easter table. The basis of the protein diet are meat, eggs and fish, which, after all, reign supreme during these holidays. It is enough to make small modifications during the preparation of the dishes to enjoy the festive atmosphere and Easter delicacies without remorse.

Easter on the Dukan dietcan be very enjoyable, no matter which phase of losing weight you are in.

Easter and phase I of Dukan's diet

If you have just switched to a diet and the holidays find you in phase I, you will have to refuse many dishes, but it's not that bad. During the first phase, the so-called for 1-10 days, you can only eat protein-rich foods. We decide on the length of this phase ourselves (but we do not exceed 10 days!). You can choose from lean meat (chicken, turkey, veal, beef, rabbit), lean meats (ham, pork loin), fish, eggs, skimmed dairy products (cheese, milk, kefir, natural yoghurt) with the addition of herbal spices, s alt, juice from lemon. Every day you need to eat 2 tablespoons of oat bran (e.g. with kefir). When doing your Christmas shopping, do not regret the money for good meats, eggs and fish, and you will survive the holidays without remorse that you have stopped your diet.

Easter and the second phase of Dukan's diet

Phase two, the so-called the alternating phase consists in eating alternately: one day only products rich in protein and vegetables, and the other day only proteins. But beware: you can not eat vegetables rich in carbohydrates: corn, potatoes, legumes. The rest can be eaten without restriction (except for carrots and beets). Easter can be very tasty for you! What can you eat?

  • Meats and roast meats are recommended and even recommended in the diet, but try to eat only those lean and baked. Instead of the classic vegetable salad, prepare a cottage cheese salad.
  • Replace the sour soup with sausage with a delicious horseradish soup (on poultry broth) - it is worth knowing that horseradish facilitates digestion and accelerates fat burning. This variety will appeal to all household members.
  • Go ahead and eat stuffed eggs (we suggest you make canned tuna stuffing in your own sauce, a few boiled eggs, lean cottage cheese, natural yoghurt and mustard or horseradish to taste) - recipes can be found on pagesdevoted to Dukan's diet and fish and meat in jelly.
  • Drink lots of green tea, a glass or two of red wine is also allowed.
  • You don't have to deny yourself dessert - you can make an Easter baba, but remember to replace the white flour with corn flour and do not add white sugar.

Easter and the third phase of Dukan's diet

People in the third stage have the least problem, because they can eat not only what in the first and second stage, but even more! The third phase is called fixation phase to prevent the yo-yo effect. During it, you can eat all the products from the previous phases plus one fruit a day (or a handful of small, e.g. blueberries), 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of cheese. In addition, a portion of groats, pasta, rice (100 g before cooking) and the so-called a royal meal where we can eat what we want. If this falls out on Easter Sunday - Easter breakfast is for you! There must be a day off between the royal meals. Once a week we eat as in phase I.
