Jumping fitness, exercises on a trampoline, is an interesting alternative for those who want a change from ordinary training, and who want to have fun while exercising.

The training combines simple gymnastic exercises with elements of aerobics using a small, single-person trampoline with special handles. It is an energetic choreography to the rhythm of fast music combined with good fun. The classes use jogging in place, jumps, double-leg or single-leg jumps, and basic aerobic exercises. In the advanced version, you can also use additional equipment, such as weights, rubber or a medicine ball.

Depending on the type of training, the muscles of the abdomen, spine, legs, buttocks, arms and deep muscles are involved. Thanks to the combination of intense cardio training with good fun, you can burn up to 800 kcal in an hour.
This type of exercise can be performed at the club as well as at home. However, it is very important to choose a solid trampoline, from a recommended manufacturer.
Note!Doctors advise against jumping fitness for people who are overweight, with joint degeneration, osteoporosis, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases .
