Hello. Yesterday, as always, around 10 p.m. I went to sleep. My fiance wanted to talk more, but I told him I was very tired and I turned on my side and went to sleep. From the beginning I felt somehow strange, my pulse was much faster and it was rumbling in my ears. When I decided that the house was probably too warm, I went to turn off the heater and then it started. Taking the first step, I already knew that something was wrong. I went to the radiator in the room and turned it off. On the way to the kitchen, I could barely stand on my feet. My head started to ache so badly that I thought I wouldn't get to bed. In addition, I wanted to vomit and felt that I would pass out in a moment. As soon as I got to bed, I managed to tell my fiancé that I felt bad and "flew away". I woke up seeing Karol with water above me. I sat up and thought my head would be torn from the pain. Additionally, I had a speech problem and was shaking all over, even though I wasn't cold. When I calmed down and came to my senses, I went to bed. However, less than an hour later I woke up again and the whole thing happened again. I managed to sit down and say that I am about to pass out and I remember that. I woke up with a renewed headache and vomiting. The tears were falling from my eyes on their own, and I didn't know why. I calmed down and lay down. It didn't happen again, but the headache, vomiting, and confusion didn't pass until the morning. Now I sit and feel completely weak. My head doesn't hurt that much anymore, but I still can't walk and function normally. Do you know what can happen to me? Thank you in advance for your answer. Regards, Marta Urbańska.

Thank you for the detailed description; Unfortunately, an unambiguous answer is not simple, because very similar symptoms can occur in very different disease states - from neurotic disorders, through migraine headaches or the like, to headaches related to diseases of the nervous system or other organs and systems. You should certainly be examined by a specialist neurologist in order to make a decision about performing central nervous system tests. If, despite the headache relief, you feel very unwell to a degree that prevents normal functioning, you have the right to visit the nearest facilityproviding medical care as part of night and holiday medical care contracted by the National He alth Fund, or possibly to the Hospital Emergency Department. Yours sincerely, I. Markowski
