On the penis, around the foreskin, red tiny spots (spots) appear from time to time, which itch quite intensely. Then white discharge appears. The redness lasts for a few days and then disappears on its own. There is no pain when urinating. In the past two months, this problem has come back quite regularly (previously it was quite rare). My girlfriend just changed her pills about 2-3 months ago.

A medical examination is necessary, preferably in the period of intensification of changes. Based on the symptoms described, I can only suspect the presence of an infection that periodically goes into remission. It is also possible to spread infection between partners. If any discomforts occur, I suggest that you refrain from sexual intercourse until cured. You may also need to treat your partner. I don't think these changes were caused by changing the contraceptive medication.
