"Alina's Gałganek" helps in the fight against unpleasant symptoms of colds and supports the body's recovery. Garlic and onion, which are used in its preparation, contain a compound called allina, an organosulfur chemical compound from the group of thioamino acids - S-alkylcysteine ​​sulfoxide. It is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is believed to be a precursor to the smell and taste of garlic.

Garlic and onions, when crushed or crushed, undergo a hydrolysis process, resulting in the formation of allicin, an organosulfur chemical compound with a strong bactericidal effect. It is not without reason that allicin is called a natural antibiotic. It is thanks to her that we have the healing and anti-cold properties of garlic.
