I have always eaten just sweets. Sometimes I eat a cookie for breakfast, pancakes with jam for lunch, and a roll with honey for dinner. I eat anyway. I can eat honey with spoons (I eat it anyway). I am over 40 years old and I do not know if this diet can be correct. I am afraid that I will not be able to develop diabetes or lead to it. I am not obese, because when I am 165 cm tall, I weigh 64 kg. My meals are not very hearty, just very sweet.

This is not a recommended model of nutrition, but if it does not cause you he alth problems, you can accept it. Eating carbohydrates, as long as it does not lead to obesity, is unlikely to contribute to the development of diabetes. I have patients who didn't eat sweets, didn't like sweets, and yet get sick. Please mark your blood sugar level on an empty stomach and 2 hours after a meal and if the results are correct, please sleep well.
